weird itchy bumps turning to GREY scabs?

med hx: contact dermatitis due to certain metals (causing raised itchy bumps that then fade when not bothered)
asking here because it’s more recent. recently i’ve had these little red dots on my calves, inner thighs and upper arms. they aren’t in any pattern and don’t seem like bed begs or anything like that. they get a bit itchy and if i scratch them they seem to scab a weird grey colour? google told me it’s from ruining my skin barrier? some history; i got a lot of bug bites in florida a month or so ago and scratched the crap out of my skin and i use glycolic acid and exfoliate after i shower so i may have ruined my skin barrier? I’m so scared this is some weird skin rot or something… how do i make it go away? if i scratch to much they leak a bit and then scab over and now im too scared to itch any part of my body that gets periodically itchy. please help!
