My Girlfriends Best Friend Tried To Get Me To Go Home With Her

I just want to start this off by saying that I have no memory of the situation and I am going off what everyone has told me. Last night me and my girlfriend went to her friend's birthday party who l will call Beth, I am an introverted person so I had a few drinks so I would be more talkative. A few hours into the party I had way too much to drink and got to the point I was passing out on the floor. Everyone who was there was helping me to the toilet to be sick, I need to add my girlfriend has a phobia with people puking so she went to get some air quickly and my girlfriends friend who ill call Mandy and a few others were with me. At this point I've blacked out majority of the night and what I've been told happened is while everyone was helping me Mandy laughed and took videos of me and was sending them to everyone. After a while a few people had left to go get water and stuff for me and this is where Mandy started to tell me that I should go back home with her to "sober up" because her parents weren't there and we would be alone and was trying to convince me for a good 5 mins. Before someone else stepped in I had told her to fuck off as I am not that sort of person and went to go get my girlfriend. Mandy left and I passed out on the floor a little after we walked home, what am I meant to do in this situation some people have told me I should file a report because if the roles were reversed and it was me who was trying to take her home I would be it would be SA. I should also add that she hadn't had a single drink all night and I was way to drunk to consent in any way, What should I do.
