Got bachelor's. How can I get training for a better paying job?

Hi. I got a bachelor's degree but it was a long time ago now (over 6 years). It never helped me get a job. I worked a couple short crappy jobs and then was able to go back to school for a semester course that got me a minor job in a field I don't want to work. I can't join the military or I would. Don't think I can afford to fund another degree, especially since I already got one I don't think I could take out more loans if I wanted to. And I still haven't managed to pay the ones I have. I have started applying to higher paid office type jobs. I get interviews sometimes but no offers. I'm 28. I don't even know what kind of work I could realistically get into especially since I seem to be pretty bad with people. I'm not hurting anybody or anything but it's tough.
