GPU Power Between Modes - GHelper Issue

I’m not sure if this is working as intended, but I figured I’d ask. I picked up an open-box G14 (5060 / 270) from Best Buy for $1k, and it’s in perfect condition. Used an AMEX to get the year warranty since Asus is horrible in limited OB warranty to 90 days.

First thing I did was run all updates and register it, then used the Armoury Crate uninstall tool to remove that garbage, along with MyASUS.

In G-Helper, when I switch between modes, the CPU power changes as expected, but the GPU power doesn’t. For example, if I set a lower GPU power limit on Balanced and a higher one on Turbo, the GPU power stays the same across all profiles so if I set 85W last, then it's 85W on all profiles.

I’m assuming this isn’t the intended behavior?
