And now time for my personal 3rd favourite, Luo li. See here Ahu is quite literally fucked. She absolutely hates the commission, her lover is in a coma, her dad is dead and she still can't keep her muscles. It's a wonder she's not gone crazy yet.

BUT nothing is impossible for ahu, the greatest scammer. His first trick would be to act cute in front of her hoping to create a bond, obviously it would fail because at that point loli wouldn't really have the space in her heart for another.

Another way would be to create a situation where she ends up thinking about him deeply. An assassination attempt on nuo while she's asleep should do the trick. He would save nuo barely but get heavily injured, loli after finding out would question his motives and after some good cop bad cop, even become friends albeit shaky ones.

Over time as they slowly became casual with each other, ahu would here and now speak about his own experiences with the commission. Portraying himself as anti to them. Loli would be interested and so long as ahu ensures he ends up removing the commission entirely, loli would end up as a truly loyal friend who would even help ahu in his future plans to manipulate the other heroes.

(Actually there was another method, but I have used it so many times that even I got bored. I'm referring to ahu pretending to be a sentient robot suit that loli might get into so they could do something dev-)

How evil Ahu could take over the world and more. (Ep6: Loli.)
