CMV: Based on the evidence I’ve seen, Alex Pretti was shot due to a negligent discharge.

Based on all of the evidence I’ve seen, the officer that retrieved Alex’s firearm seems to have negligently discharged that pistol. That spooked the other officers, which is what caused the shooting. Based on that, the negligent discharger should at minimum be charged with criminal negligence. The shooter should at minimum get an involuntary manslaughter charge. I’m not a lawyer, but if the current climate wasn’t as politicized, that would be what I’d expect. What do you guys think should be the charges based on this info?
