Help please! How do I convince my aunt to rehome her rabbits?

Care

I want to preface this by saying I myself have never owned rabbits, only cats. My aunt and I are not particularly close so I’m not sure how to bring this up. For context, my aunt owns three rabbits and her daughter and husband have two dogs there as well. My aunt sort of picks random “hobbies“ up and then disregards them after a bit, which is unfortunately what has happened to these babies. The floor of their enclosure is covered in poop, and two out of three of them are concerningly obese. Their cage is on their very large screened in back porch, and they also have two dogs that are frequently out there with them. They live in Florida, so it doesn’t get super cold, but I still think in the winter it’s too cold for them to be out there. One of them also appears to possibly have some kind of growth on its neck. They are very lethargic and rarely move. Everytime I’ve visited and seen them they do not appear to be properly taken care of. I’m 17, so I’m not sure if my aunt would even take me seriously, and my mom is unsure of how to approach her as well (she is also concerned). My aunt also has so much on her plate (she is a social worker and her husband became disabled last year and requires full time care), that I doubt she would take the time to make sure they are rehomed in a proper environment. I attempted to bring it up with my cousin, and she dismissed my concerns and took it as a personal offense. Any advice on what to do? We cannot care for them ourselves and are in a neighboring state.
