Biggest time gates (if you ever plan on getting trimmed, do these passively before you even start hunting for trim - not listing comp reqs or MQC which may also have long time gates, and not listing long grinds - just specifically things that you literally have to wait to do):

* Effigy Incubator (12 months organically, 6 months with 6 monthly D&D resets, less than 6 with Anachronia resource skips and resets)
* Heart Reputation (6 months or so if starting from scratch, less with anima crystals from travelling merch)
* Fish Flingers (restricted per day and is mostly dead, 3 months depending on if you're playing at daily changeover when it actually has players)
* Player owned farm breeding log (3 months if buying breeding pairs, a LOT longer if trying to do naturally)
* Deaths Store (100 days if starting from scratch)
* Goebie Reputation (3 months if not bossing, less if bossing and/or using burial charms from merch)
* Fully build Anachronia base (3 months, noting resources are also needed for Effigy Incubator and Dream of Iaia
* All circus clothes (2 months, 1 with reset if perfectly targeting clothes)
* Talk to Thalmund on Wednesdays (7 weeks minimum)
* Shooting Stars (restricted per day - 2/3 weeks if doing every day)
* Salty & Sandy titles (time gates and grind)

Check travelling merch every day and buy anything that helps (especially Unstable Air Runes)
