How to improve Vocabulary and pronunciation?

I dropped out of school from SEE 2080. After dropping out, I developed some mental health issues due to personal problems. Because of this, I had difficulty speaking and communicating. I am good at writing and other skills, but not at speaking. My English pronunciation is weak, but my writing level is intermediate.
