Plantar fasciitis/enthetitis

I was diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis six years ago, but my rheumatologist is leaning toward PsA. I have started to get severe heal pain on the bottom of my foot that’s worse after sitting/lying down and in the morning. I suspect it’s either plantar fasciitis or enthetitis, but I don’t know much about either condition.

Is there even a difference between the two? Is enthetitis diagnostic for PsA? I’m starting a biosimilar for Humira soon, and I suspect the pain will go away with the new medication, but I’m wondering if I should bring it up with my rheumatologist first to see if it’ll change my diagnosis.
