How do I stop getting flagged for 14-15?

I am 16 years old so I am old enough to go Live with a chat, right? I verified my age with my passport and everything is correct in my account, but every so often MY LIVE CHAT IS TAKEN AWAY by Ai. Usually YouTube resolves it, apologizes, and it's fine but suddenly it is convinced I am 13-15. When will I get my live chat back? Am I fucked? My entire live is built off of the chat. I don't do or say anything that could make someone think I am underaged to be going live.

Now it's not letting me appeal again. What do I even do???
