Redness/dryness around and under nose. Any tips???

I always get this during the winter. I live in a super dry area, so my nose area is just always red and irritated. I’m otherwise super moisturized, but this is the one area I cannot keep happy. I will put aquaphor sometimes, but unfortunately I find it can clog me and causes bumps.

Any suggestions on a cream or other products that have worked for you?? Open to anything!
