Ground turkey safe to eat?

Bought ground turkey and left it in my car for about 6 hours when I was at work. It’s cold outside the temperature is about 37F. It was in a paper bag with other refridgerated or frozen items. I had heat on in my car for about 15 mins on the way to work then it was in the car for about 6 hours. Would you guys cook and eat this meat?
