Couch fell on my 2lb yorkie should I euthanize?

Currently at home with my 2lb yorkie (as seen in my profile picture) sitting in a box with tons of blankets on her in stable condition waiting for a winter storm in Texas to hit. Her tongue is outside her mouth, she is having problems moving her front legs and jaw.

As I stated the love seat in the picture fell on her and

crushed her for about 3-5 minutes where I found her unconscious and not breathing. I listened for a heart beat and heard it so I performed CPR on her for about 20 minutes straight while a friend drove us to the nearest vet ER. We arrived where she was still unconscious and they took her to the back to perform CPR. Alot happened but bottom line is Vet stated that she "might" have spinal cord/nerve damage as she looks paralyzed and isnt moving. They gave her pain medication and fluids. Vet was looking at euthanasia to end suffering. He stated a MRI/CAT scan could give a more indepth look at what happened but the closest city to do that in is 2.5hr away and the winter storm prevents travel. Vet stated my pup has a very poor prognosis due to spinal injury even if she makes it. He recommended euthanasia but gave a few options. Ultimately I took her home. Vet mentioned on the way out that she looks worse than she did under their care.

Since I have taken her home she has moved her back legs alot as though she was trying to stand up but her front legs dont move. Her front legs have twitched a little bit but not to the extent as her back legs. Initial she couldn't do much but twitch her back legs. Her ears haven't moved at all. She finally licked her lips and opened her mouth slightly during me typing this out. Her eyes still have her personality. I came home with gabapentin 50mg/ml at 0.3mL to be given every 8hrs starting at midnight.

I plan on seeing how she is in the morning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
