[F4M] Mandatory breeding

In the not so distant future of 2030, the global birth rates have all pretty much stagnated or started to rapidly decline. A trend that has several governments around the world worried that a fall in birthrates might become a disaster in the long run for many countries economies.

And that's why the Mandatory Breeding Program was enacted, an initiative that would force healthy and fertile women into becoming mothers for the sake of their country. While it was of course incredibly controversial and seen as a huge backslide on womens rights issues, most of the public eventually agreed that it was for the greater good, a notion particularly backed by older generations.

The breeding centers where set up all over the country and when women where picked for the program they had to show. Not everyone where equally willing and some bondage where known to happen to secure the safety for the breeder.

Not surprisingly this program lead to corruption, where men volunteered as breeders and for the right sum could be assigned the woman of his choosing.
