Stagnation and my new method for this year

Hello everyone,

Been a long time lurker here but rarely comment on anything. Been premature for quite some time but I always seem to stagnate at around the 1 minute mark with one finger method or 30-40s stroking.

In an effort to lower these times I made some New Year's Resolutions for myself

1. Only ruined orgasms, the more ruined the better

2. One minute to cum or less, no exceptions. If I fail I have to wait another day

3. One finger method only

4. Only clothed or censored porn while masturbating (I was already doing this 99% of the time anyway)

Is there anything else I could try besides these things? Any advice would be appreciated because I'd really like to get my times even lower and its frustrating being stuck in this spot for several years now.
