ACE pro connection issue

Hey, I have a problem with my Kobra S1 Combo. The issue is with the ACE Pro, which keeps getting disconnected from the printer. Sometimes it reconnects right away, but often I have to unplug and plug the cables in the back again. My main theory is that when I turn off and on only the printer, it causes some issue with the ACEPro, but I’m still not sure. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
