Price change in rates

Anybody experience spectrum changing their rates without notice to a drastic increase?

And yes, I do read my bill and NOTHING was mentioned nor did I agree to any of the prices.

What is my recourse of action here? Who do I report this to so I can make sure they experience the repercussions of their actions wholeheartedly?

I know BBB and FCC but any other organizations I should report this too?
