Fat distribution question

Hi friends! I'm genderfluid and about to start HRT to feminize my body so I look more androgynous, I come to you with a plight however: I have a chronically flat ass, comparable to that of Hank Hill. I know for breasts it can take a while, is it the same with fat distribution? When can I expect results so I don't have to have a back alley BBL
