URGENT: 2BHK needed in Bavdhan/Pashan by Feb 10 (25k budget) (Owner passed away, family dispute at current place)

Hi guys,

posting here in emergency. My current landlord passed away and his family is having property dispute. They have put the flat for sale and asked us to vacate by 10th February.

I already paid 1.5 month brokerage for this place (June-2025) and now brokers are again asking 1.5 month for new flats. I can't afford to pay brokerage again. I’ve been searching for a week by visiting buildings and asking guards, but no luck.

My needs:

• Area: Bavdhan / Pashan (Gated society).
• Budget: ₹25k (+- 3k).
• Type: 2BHK (Unfurnished/Semi-furnished).
• Work: Need peaceful area for WFH.

If anyone knows a Direct Owner or has a vacancy in your society, please help.
