Why don't we just organize an event where many people who want to die get together and some country does a nuclear test there and they all just instantly die?

I mean like I know the practical unfeasability like a ban on surface testing and the transport problem and the stigma it would have and a country's reluctance, but one could argue that so many just want to die and in most cases governments do everything to prevent people from easily dying like restricing methods and assigning them titles as "depressed", maybe it could be like "beauty of death" awareness day for once where people step out a bit from their conservative "life is to be tolerated at all costs" view.
