Day drive to the mountains from Boqueron

We live in Boqueron and have yet to do much exploring. It's been a lot to just figure out how to get settled.

But we really want to do a day trip into the mountains. I was looking at Utuado pero wondering what the locals or people who've done a lot of mountain travel here think?

We really wanted to visit Tres Angeles but they're closed today! Any thoughts on another coffee farm?
