Suggestions for E-MTB (Electric Mountain Bikes) hire around the area

I'm looking to hire 15-20 x E-mountain bikes for a group trip in Wales. Does anybody know anywhere in the area between Bristol, Cheddar, and Port Talbot where I might be able to hire this many bikes?
