I hit GW. Now the dreaded ‘now what’ moment.
My weight has been crawling, and this morning it finally hit.
I feel kind of good, the ‘finally’ feeling… and a bit of dread. Now what.
It’s not my lowest weight. That’s a few more pounds down, have only hit that once three years ago and didn’t like those results very much, I looked bloated and weird.
I’m 29, I’d like for this to be the last weight loss attempt and just stay here for fucks sake.
A lil voice says ‘keep going’ if only because my routine gives life such structure, identity, changing it feels… like giving up?
Idk, scale might fluctuate, water, sodium, yada yada but yeah that number still hit today.
Anyone that’s hit GW and maintained or was able to relax a bit, any tips or advice? I know we all struggling but any vets that were able to find sanity at GW, I’m very curious as to how.
