DeWalt 735 Planer Snipe - Any Ideas?

Hi All,

I have the DeWalt 735 planer with the included infeed/outfeed trays and I'm still running the standard straight blades. I'm getting some serious snipe - mainly on the infeed side. I will feed a board and get snipe for the first 3-4". It sounds like the machine is really struggling to get the board moving forward. I've leveled the infeed/outfeed trays, cleaned the bed and rollers, etc. Is there an adjustment to the rollers I'm missing? Any other solutions I could try? Thanks in advance.
