How do you get a serious idea in front of the right people in Kenya?

Hi everyone. I’m working on a large scale idea that could have national impact, but I’m realizing the hardest part isn’t the idea it’s figuring out who the right people are to speak to and how to approach them properly in Kenya. I’m not looking to share details publicly, just hoping to hear from anyone with experience navigating government, large institutions, or key decision makers here. Any guidance or direction would be appreciated.
