Missing body please help

I I’m a first time player and got a little stuck. I killed a mule during the ruined factory delivery but the body disappeared now every time I rest and the walk a bit a void out happens. I tried going back to find the body but can’t. So pretty much I’m stuck and keep getting cut off mid game.
