Help figuring out what is unlocked when you buy the 2024 PHB

Hello,

I am looking to figure out what is specifically added when you purchase the 2024 PHB on DnD beyond. I have purchased it on my account and cannot find a single difference between what content is available on my VTT and character sheet, and what is available to someone who hasn't spent any money.

I understand that I have access to read the book, but what changes have been made for actually playing the game? I have made a level 20 wizard on both accounts and haven't been able to find a single difference in character creation, nor monsters available to the DM

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
