Found a bed bug, killed it, and my evidence is gone.

I’m staying in a hotel, woke up to a little bug, killed it with a tissue, tossed it off the bed. Now I’m more awake, looked through this subreddit and realized it was 100% a bedbug, looked at the tissue and seeing blood and bug remains. I’m going to check out of the hotel like. Now. Not sure if I’ll get penalized any way and now I’m regretting killing the damn thing which is silly.
