LRD Victoria - Printer Error

I submitted a permit to acquire over a month ago which has been approved but I have not received the permit in the mail yet.

I spoke LRD last week who advised me that the permit has been approved a week ago, but they have had a computer error that is not allowing them to print the permits. They weren’t able to provide an estimate on when the printer will be working again.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue or has anyone experienced this in the past?
