Consulting

Hey All,
I feel consulting as a space is evolving truly, but will it shut in next lets say 5 years? I don't think so. The current MBB Firms or most of the consulting firms are focussing on giving "advice", and tbh alot of these advices aren't useful.

But how about a firm which doesn't stop at giving advices it also implements them, does the hypothesis testing, make their advice work and iterate it based on the need.

Do you think that if a consulting business starts the job of implmenting it as well use AI for their benefit or thr reserach work, it will survive ?
