Urgent Help for JEE Mains April attempt

Serious

My shift was 24S1 and majority of students say its the easiest shift till now but I had attempted 25 questions. People are saying they did 40+ questions. I has been preparing for JEE from last 2 years(in 12th rn) but the coaching I was enrolled is just shit they don't give a shit about JEE I literally wasted my 2 years but when I came into 12th I started preparing online and I think I did well for my 12th syllabus(Except Maths) but my whole 11th was wasted. I don't know what to do now as my boards are coming too. I don't even know about boards writing style as I was a dummy student and I haven't even touched the additional subjects(PE and English).

Also, My maths is literally shit I didn't even attempt a single question of maths in my shift tho people are saying its easy. I will appreciate if someone give me tips strategy whatever for my April attempt and boards.
