Barely getting visuals on high doses

Hi guys! I’ve been doing L for about 7 years now but I’ve always noticed that my visual hallucinations off of multiple tabs are extremely dull and mild, while friends would have insane visuals off of one tab. I have been taking 220ug tabs. The only time I ever had any crazy visuals was after dropping 8 of those tabs at my friend’s house. Couple months later, did 10 tabs of the same 220ug tabs, barely any visuals. I am on the autism spectrum and I also have adhd if you think that could be affecting it?
