What are you working on today?

It’s Tuesday and today I’m mostly focused on product QA and reliability. I’ve been looking closely at how teams are using tools like Test Lab AI, which is already live and focused on automated QA for web apps and SaaS products.

Instead of manual testing every flow again and again, it runs AI agents that move through the product like real users and catch broken paths or UI issues early. For small teams especially, this seems useful when shipping frequently without slowing everything down.

I’m not building it myself, just observing and learning how tools like this fit into real startup workflows and how teams reduce bugs while moving fast.
