Public Service Announcement (PSA)

If you play as an observer, STAY WITH THE COMMANDER. Not only is it your job to help call in fire support for the team, but it's also your job to watch the commander's back, and it's his job to watch yours. If someone is trying to sneak up on one of y'all will be ready and take care of the threat. Keep in mind nobody is forcing you to be the observer. If you want to play the whole lone wolf role, then don't play as the observer. And when I play as the commander, since I've played as the commander a bunch of times, I have a good knowledge of the right spots to call in fire support, but I also listen to my observers because they might know something I don't. I had an observer show me where to call in an air strike to blow up an objective that l've never done before, and I was happy to see teamwork payoff, but at the same time, the commander has the final word. If he wants to wait for fire support, then that's what we're going to do, but it's all about teamwork and communication. When it's done right the commander and the observer can do some beautiful things together.
