Help to understand how Mubi works (Thanks )

Hey guys, I just got Mubi and saw that there are tons of not available movies that you can search for. I'd like to know if they're put there like a Wiki or if they're added one at a time and consequently if i have the opportunity to see them in the future.

I've already asked some of my friends who have Mubi but they don't know.

Thanks 🙏
