Lamb breast plate

I have recently acquired a frozen from fresh lamb breat plate. I have no idea what to do it with. Normally, when I make lamb, I normally grill a boneless leg, or lamb chops, but this seems like more appropriate for my smoker. Can I get some ideas on what to do with the thing. tia
