Is it possible I have raynauds?

Hi. I am a 19 year old female. I have always had really quite cold hands and feet, even in summertime and while being active. For example in middle school PE I used to put my hands on my classmates' faces to cool them down, because they were hot and my hands were cold, even after class. I have always been active and am to this day, I am a dancer. For a while, I actually thought my symptoms were easing a bit, because when exercising, my hands would get warmer also. But now it seems it is getting a bit worse again, in a different way. My hands are not that cold while excersising (or warm), but now the main problem is my feet, or toes to be exact. I live in northern Europe and currently experiencing temperatures from -10 to -20 degrees Celcius. The main problem I am most annoyed with, are my toes being pure white and completely numb at the start of ballet class. Just yesterday I woke up, got ready and left the house, drove to class and warmed up a little. Then we started the combinations and I noticed that I have very little control over my feet, which is not ideal in ballet to say the least. They were numb, tired and a bit sore. This has happened to me before a few times, so I knew what to expect when I rolled up my tights: feet and toes completely white. My friend saw this and all but fell over in shock. The strange part is that this happens usually only when i start moving. Before class, when I arrived for example, I felt my feet just fine and they were working as per usual. However when I started dancing they were white in the first 5 minutes. When this happens moving them does not really help, the only thing that i have seen to work is putting something warm against them and just waiting. When it passes, which it usually does within a few minutes, it does not happen again, or at least it hasn't yet. My hands are still cold 90% of the time, just while exercising they are a bit better. This does not really worry or scare me, it is mostly just annoying and inconvenient. Is it a possibility that I have raynauds? Thank you!
