Help with second hand GPU choice

Parts Upgrade Advice

I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 1600 paired with a 5500xt 8gb. I was planning on going to AM5 prior to the price explosion of past months and I was considering waiting but have finally started running into issues playing games like Oblivion Remastered at low settings, 1080p. It plays, surprisingly considering my system is below minimum spec, but looks absolutely terrible and feels not great either due to barely maintaining about 30 fps.

I will be purchasing a Ryzen 5 5500 or 5600(I may opt for the 5500 to add budget to the GPU, I also want a new m.2 but that's largely irrelevant) now instead, but am looking for a GPU to match. I am located in the UK so the pricing on second hand GPU's is higher than the US. Ideally I wouldn't spend more than £200 and the card will last me at least until pricing improves across the market on other parts so like 2-3 years.

I have seen the 7600xt and 2080 super around those prices, with 2080 being slightly cheaper than £200 and the 7600xt currently above my intended budget but occasionally available for it. I don't typically play new AAA games on launch, but there are some I would like battlefield for example(I know it's quite well optimized compared to many new releases). I'm struggling due to the availability of several different generations of GPUs at varying and overlapping price points.

Essentially, if you was me, what card would you be looking for at around £200? I understand the concerns about 8gb cards, but I'm trying to keep my costs low in anticipation of spending a lot in the future on a new build.
