Brighton going down hill a bit?

Local Advice needed

I'll start this with the fact I love Brighton & Hove and have lived here all my life with a belief its one of the few places anyone can be who they truly are.

But... I've also noticed knobs on mopeds with L plates driving on the wrong side of the roads or blatantly hitting vehicles and leaving and with that coppers usually sitting in cars nearby ignoring it, police are probably some of the worst bystanders to they never bother with throttle bikes, ignore yelling matches in town, don't care about illegal plates etc.. and don't get me started about the shitty security companies that patrol London Road and North St who play cop.

Also a uptake in shitty graffiti tags which whats the point of when you could instead make some lovely street art which has been in Brighton culture for decades.

Anyway there's my little rant over.
