A story set in 1999 Szczecin: "The Jealous Girl, Awaiting Disaster"

Hi everyone, I’ve recently finished a story titled "The Jealous Girl, Awaiting Disaster" and wanted to share it here. I hope it might be an interesting piece of prose, especially for those living in Szczecin.

Why? Because I decided to set the action in Szczecin. I believe that such a non-obvious and somewhat "exotic" location can be genuinely interesting for a reader who might be bored with the typical American scenery found in so many stories.

I hope I managed to capture the atmosphere of Szczecin from the end of the 20th century and included some local "smaczki." I also hope you find this prose interesting for reasons beyond just its geography. I would be very grateful for any comments or feedback you might have!
