Question about uploading modded stuff

So I know that uploading units that have been modded with UCM works great, but If I for example, upload a faction to the workshop and one of the units happens to have a weapon from HiddenUnits or some other mod, will that unit still work? Will the unit just not have a weapon for someone that doesn't have that mod or will the faction just be unusable? This might be a stupid question but I really need the anwser
