ISP blocks vs dark web

Is it possible for your online images to be used without your knowledge AND or specific geographic areas or individual isps blinded to viewing those images? It’s frightening and weird things are happening to me. I’m concerned my images may be being used to slander me or misrepresent me in a way that turns people against me or otherwise misrepresents me or my image or life. I was never kidnapped or abused as a child or any other time. Never had only fans or any nudes. Just regular social media. I have tried and tried to find my images on the dark web but can not.I had a small amount of social media just fb and ig. i started getting more followers when I moved to a bigger city then acquaintances I ran into told me “get off” with a look in their eyes like I was going to get killed. This was last year I have since become a hermit and spent money using all kinds of rep platforms to find my info but nothing image wise comes up. Yet the very few times I go out to night life it is like some guys kinda know me from somewhere and repeat word or phrases I’ve said. They are not mean, creepy or threatening but it just is so Weird. Other times people in stores motion like they are waving to me but it is always someone behind me. Like they want me to look stupid for thinking it might be toward me. At this point idgas I just want to get at who did this to me and where my images and/or misrepresentation is/was possibly posted and transmitted, Please advise.
