Do you treat female subs differently than male subs?

What are your opinions?

Do you treat your female subs differently than male subs?

Are they higher in the hierarchy just because they are women?

Or is a sub a sub, and they are equals?

For example my female subs thinks she should not be getting the same tasks as male subs.

Like cleaning the floor. She thinks that male subs should do that while she supervises them. And that is because she is a woman and in her opinion that is Femdom. That she should be treated differently than them.

And I disagree with that. In my opinion, sub is a sub. And if I choose to treat someone differently it will be because of their behaviour, not gender.

I think both approaches are okay. Some dommes choose to create that hierarchy. I don’t.
