Hiring assistant coaches

Correct me if I’m wrong but when hiring assistant coaches, can’t you just look at “staff moves” to see who is available for the next wave? So if you’re looking for a talent developer offensive coordinator but aren’t getting one in the first week, can you just scroll through the OC staff moves to see who hasn’t landed on a new team yet? Then they should be available the following week.
