Is there any commission or fee for when sending a kid money via payment Iink?

Yeah so every time there is on online transaction there is a fee. Like if you buy something on amazon via card payment, amazon pays this fee. Does Revolut pay the fee in this situation? Like if a kid creates a payment Iink for 20€, and a parent pays it via bank card, does the kid receive the full 20€ and does the parent pay only the 20€?
