Discover Card not working

Just got my new Discover Capital One card and it won’t work anywhere for purchases, even at places that say they accept Discover. The only place it works is at the ATM, so I’ve been having to withdraw cash every time.

I already called Capital One and they made me fill out a form listing every place it didn’t work, including addresses and phone numbers. Still no solution yet.

Anyone else dealing with this?
