NEED AN URGENT HELPPPPPPPPPPPP

One of my friend 16 year old female got involved with a guy (19 year old) of her own city and they had a relationship of one month. Hello cheated on her and he has her nudes . She is scared that he would leak her nudes among all his friends. Our city is very small so it can get very bad for her . She's broke and afraid to do police complaint due to her parents. I adviced her to talk to his brother and do a police complaint. Any advise on how to deal with this situation Please help
