SaaS marketing – execution is king
I'm in an early-stage startup team, and recently we've found our marketing efforts are stalled, facing numerous problems. The execution process is incredibly tedious and time-consuming.
Using cool outreach, sending posts and social media posts at set times often requires manual review and switching between several software programs.
So, I'm considering a different approach: an assistant that saves content and information while facilitating execution via email, to alleviate this tedious work.
For example, drafting outreach emails and sending them directly to Reddit and other platforms with a single click, organizing follow-up tasks, and managing all to-dos in one place.
Currently, there's no fully automated operation. My friends and I haven't found a product-market fit yet; we're currently focusing on rapid trial and error, learning as we go.
I'd especially like to ask founders and marketing professionals:
-
In your current marketing efforts, which aspect consumes the most of your time and energy?
-
What tasks would you absolutely never delegate to AI?
-
What tasks would you be particularly willing to let AI handle the initial preparation for?
I'd love to hear everyone's real experiences and feelings.
