What is this matchmaking?

See iam not at all saying that iam not toxic, i will call others noob and stupid all the time when they not playing the way i want them to, but still

My behaviour score and comms score is both 12k and i know it dont mean shit but why tf simce the new patch (7.40) my 95% games is going similar, where opponents teams are able to coordinate and play together ealry game n win and my team just refuses to plan and just blame each other like one ever 3 games its still fine but every game holy hell, before the patch i was legend 4 sea server and now archon 4, i just won 3 games during this, fml
